The front desk team gave a really warm welcome. The room was modern and spacious. I thought another chair would be useful. The pool access rooms were fantastic, especially stepping right out of my room into the large pool. Good selection of shops were only a few minutes walk.

this hotel had a great location. everything was easy to get to. breakfast had more than enough options. the staff were really nice, especially the gentleman who helped people cross the road between the buildings.

one very slight negative detail, the beds were hard and the pillows were lumpy. our room was not serviced until 3/4pm each day. we had to ask for more toilet paper, water, and clean pool towels as they were not replenished.

the reception staff were quick, efficient, and polite at all times. the staff at the breakfast buffet were friendly and maintained cleanliness. the concierge service readily provided transport and tour information.

I found the soundproofing in the room to be inadequate. i could clearly hear conversations and noise from the adjacent room, disruptive (this really impacted my sleep). also, the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, especially regarding thai options. I hoped for a greater variety of local dishes.
